The recommended frequency depends on the number of dogs and yard usage. For most families with 1-2 dogs, weekly service is ideal. Larger households or those with multiple dogs may benefit from twice-weekly service.

Do I need to be home during the service?

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform the service while you're away. We'll send you a notification when the cleanup is complete.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If severe weather prevents us from performing the service, we'll contact you to reschedule for the next available day. Light rain doesn't affect our ability to clean your yard.

How is pricing determined?

What if I have a fence or gate?

We work with all types of yards and access situations. During booking, you'll be able to provide specific instructions about gates, locks, or access codes.
